The Bradley Family Leadership Educator in Residence (LEIR) Program

The Bradley Family Leadership Educator In Residence program is a once-a-semester program in which Tulane hosts a scholar-practitioner of leadership theory and behavior to conduct leadership training, education, and development for the Tulane community. This program's design is grounded in the collective creation of a leadership learning curriculum filled with opportunities from across campus.

This program is typically a week long and offers a variety of ways to engage with the practitioner's expertise and wisdom. These could include: workshops for students, faculty, staff, or alumni; guest speaker in a class; consultative work with established teams; one-on-one mentoring sessions; and/or lunch and learn conversations.

The Leadership Educator in Residence Program is made possible by the generosity of Millie Pilié Bradley (NC '73; MBA '75) and R. Allan Bradley Jr. (MBA '75).
