Can My Department or Organization Host?

You can! At Tulane Tuesdays, hosts have had the opportunity to interact directly with hundreds of students each event and spread the word about services, upcoming events, or general presence as a resource on campus. Plus, we cover the cost of the event making it a fun and easy way to connect with the community.

Student Activities Expo

The Student Activities Expo is one of the best opportunities to get involved with student organizations at Tulane! We begin each semester (fall and spring) with an activities expo to allow interested students to browse around and meet members of various student organizations. All active student organizations are invited to participate by sending members of their organization to meet with prospective members and promote their clubs.

Spring Activities Expo
Hosted on WaveSync
Saturday, January 30 11am-1pm CST

Looking to Join Organizations at Expo?

The Spring Student Activities Expo can be accessed under the Events section on WaveSync (titled "Spring 2021 Student Organization Activities Expo").  On January 30th from 11am-1pm CST, every participating organization will host a Zoom meeting that will be linked through this event in WaveSync.  Interested in an organization? Click on the link to their Zoom meeting and talk face-to-face with members of that organization!

Looking to Recruit Members at the Virtual Expo?

All active student organizations have the opportunity to register for the Spring Activities Expo and should complete the sign-up process by January 28 at 11:59pm CST.  Registration is required for organizations to participate.  Late registrations will not be accepted.  An email has been sent to the PRIMARY CONTACT for each organization's WaveSync page with a unique link for that organization to sign up for Expo through WaveSync.  Organization leaders can also register their organization for Expo by going to your organization's WaveSync page and clicking the "Manage Organization" button.  Sign-up requires a short summary of your organization and a link/URL to your Zoom meeting.

International Student Recruitment Session

We will host an additional Expo session on WaveSync for international students, for whom the 11am-1pm CST time slot does not work, and for organizations that are interested in using this session to specifically recruit and engage with international students.  This International Student Recruitment Session (ISRS) will take place on Saturday, January 30 from 9-11pm CST.  In order for organizations to participate in the ISRS, organization leaders must also complete the registration process for this event on WaveSync by the January 28 deadline.
