Tulane University's student-run news source, The Tulane Hullabaloo, effectively reaches the Tulane community on a daily basis in multiple different ways. From the online website (tulanehullabaloo.com), the out-of-home (OOH) news racks, the social media accounts, the street team of students, the weekly email newsletter, to the print edition, The Tulane Hullabaloo has it all. Any type of business or organization with any budget is able to utilize The Tulane Hullabaloo's solutions to reach the Tulane community.
The Tulane Hullabaloo's business department recommends clients place orders three weeks in advance to ensure the organization's preferred placement, but orders can be submitted the day before the run date.
Payment is accepted via credit card (preferred), invoice, or an interdepartmental transfer (IT). Credit cards are not charged until the client's campaign ran and was verified by the account executive. Once a campaign is placed, the client can upload creative documents into the flytedesk system, view campaign and run details, and analytic information.
Reach out directly to an account executive by emailing hullabaloo.advertising@gmail.com.
