Biography

As the Executive Director of the Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life, Leadership, & Engagement at Tulane University, I have the privilege of leading a dynamic team focused on creating meaningful opportunities for students to connect, grow, and lead. Through a variety of campus events, leadership programs, student organizations, and community-building initiatives, my goal is to help our Tulane community thrive in an environment where they feel supported, valued, and empowered.

I oversee key areas such as our university center spaces, event planning, student governance, civic engagement, involvement opportunities, student media, and leadership development. As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Team Engagement Coach, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and teams recognize their unique strengths and unlock their full potential and learn to work better together. My goal is to foster environments where both students and employees can grow, find joy in their work, and succeed together, supporting their personal and professional development along the way.
