Tulane's wireless network is a dedicated resource for Tulane students, faculty, and staff. From your wireless setup, connect to the wireless network by selecting 'eduroam' and entering your Tulane used id (user@tulane.edu) and password when prompted. Eduroam authentication allows Tulane students access to wireless networks on other participating college campuses as well.

If you are unable to connect your device to Eduroam, contact Technology Services at (504) 862-8888 or help@tulane.edu for assistance.

(for events sponsored by Tulane departments but attended by non-Tulane guests)

If you are hosting a meeting or conference in the LBC that requires wireless access for non-Tulane attendees, you will need to set up a wireless guest account.  Follow the instructions below to complete the set-up.

  • Go to ClearPass Guest - Create new guest account.
  • Type in name of the guest, cell phone number, affiliation and reason for visit (the reservation event, date, and conference room), and the guest's email address.
  • Select an option for changing the activation time of this account and the expiration of the account.
  • Check box for "I am the sponsor of this guest account" and click Create Account.
  • The guest will receive and email and text message with the User I.D. and password.
